Natural Gas Filters

The subject of “dirt” in natural gas and LPG systems constitutes the most complicated and the toughest criteria in choosing filters for the process engineer. 
The sieve material used in the filter should be of polyester based textile material with the feature of holding 98% of the dirt bigger than 5 microns or of material with the feature of holding dirt of 3-5 microns. 

Moreover, the pressure drop for the filtration element shouldn’t be greater than 100m. The flat sheet accessory of the filter should be suitable for high pressure.
